Learning Community

The Critical Pacific Islands Studies Collective (CPISC) at UC Berkeley invites you to join our learning community, which aims to explore different topics related to Oceania and their communities. Our goal is to raise awareness and foster discussion on key issues through talanoa, the practice of personal discussion and open dialogue!  Through a diverse range of media- including academic articles, books, documentaries, art, music, guest speakers, and more-we aim to create an inclusive space for learning, discussion, and advocacy around the Pacific region’s most vital concerns. 

This group is open to grad and undergrad students, staff, faculty, and any community member who wants to join!
